I’ve had a knife in my pocket for much of my life. I was not a fan of carrying fixed blades until I started making them. But I’ve heard, once you start using fixed blades you don’t go back. I have found this to be true.

I made this for myself to carry around, its been in my pocket almost every day since.

Forged 1080 with an integral guard/ bolster. The handle is forest green G10 and canvas micarta.
Desert Bowie
Integral guard and bolster forged from 1080 high carbon steel. The handle is made from desert ironwood with antiqued brass accents.

The sheath is my first leather laminated kydex. Big thanks to koi knifeworks on insta for all the advice.
Cocobolo Classic
I was initially not happy with this knife, thought it wasn’t good enough to sell. I ended up finishing it and keeping it. And absolutely loving it, carried it a lot.

Unfortunately it suffered a tragic fate, I forgot it on the roof of my car and drove away. I did recover it, bit it needs some repairs.
